The United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) Team of Specialists on Public-Private Partnerships (TOS-PPP) has recommended the establishment of a UNECE International Center of Excellence on Public Private Partnerships (PPPs) in Switzerland. The center will consist of a hub in Geneva and affiliated PPP specialist centers in various countries.
