What is the common thread across Asia in the 2011 WEF Report? Many countries have a huge opportunity to prepare their policy and infrastructure to leverage technology across the non-tech sectors and verticals. It would be remiss not to start with Singapore which has edged one step closer to the top to land at number two globally.
