Jeremy Godfrey, CIO for the Hong Kong Government (OGCIO), has the unenviable task of spearheading the Government's IT strategy with a view towards taking full advantage of what cloud computing has to offer. The OGCIO must take into consideration economic, operational and political considerations when mapping out the future of computing services in the SAR.
