BPM is hot in the public sector because civil servants realize that they are being more closely compared to their private sector counterparts. The BPM challenge in the public sector is daunting with human behavior as the biggest hurdle to make. But it can be done.

I guess that every business, government and citizen wants a smooth tax resolution system. That way everybody is happy.
