The State Bank of India, which serves 90 million customers through a network of 9,000 branches and 3,000 ATMs, embarked on an enterprise-wide IT project that dramatically altered its business processes.
Deployed over three years by Datacraft, the project involved building a multi-service IP infrastructure covering more than 8,000 locations nationwide and deploying over 11,200 IP phones.
