FreeBalance

The Government of the Republic of Liberia has selected FreeBalance's Accountability Suite to drive government modernization through effective fiscal management. The government will automate all public finance budget transactions. Budget preparation, expenditure controls, procurement, monitoring, reporting, payroll and human resource management will be implemented.

FreeBalance recently released a white paper titled "Embracing Government 2.0: Leading Transformative Change in the Public Sector". This white paper outlines the skills needed to lead government social collaboration.

The Republic of Uganda has selected FreeBalance to provide an Integrated Personnel and Payroll System (IPPS). The IPPS is part of the Public Service Reform Programme (PSRP). The implementation will be undertaken in five phases.

The FreeBalance Accountability Platform is used for the development web-based Government Resource Planning (GRP) solutions.
