Afghanistan, Liberia and Mongolia were recognized by the International Budget Partnership (IBP) for substantially increasing their levels of budget transparency in the IBP Open Budget Survey (OBS).
The Government of the Republic of Liberia has selected FreeBalance's Accountability Suite to drive government modernization through effective fiscal management. The government will automate all public finance budget transactions. Budget preparation, expenditure controls, procurement, monitoring, reporting, payroll and human resource management will be implemented.
